Proteo: A Framework for Serious Games in Telerehabilitation

Within the context of telerehabilitation, serious games have a significant role, but creating software for is resource demanding. We present Proteo, modular and open-source framework developing from scratch. also two game implementation examples with analysis end user therapist/researcher satisfaction. By involving group 11 specialized therapists 9 users we analyzed Proteo’s found that both groups scored high level involvement, suitability. More in depth, showed differences between positive negative feelings, feelings scoring higher than ones. Finally, suitability was reported as while difficulty system task were low. Proteo has proven to be useful tool develop telerehabilitation been well accepted by involved evaluation tests.
